Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Brought my SUV to get aligned, couldn’t be more happy with the service. They did a complimentary inspection which broke down everything that would need my attention in the near future with my vehicle which I appreciate! Dakota was awesome at explaining something’s to me. Would recommend this place to anyone any day!

Yesterday was my first time using Pep Boys, and they really came through for me. I was driving when my tire split. I safely pulled over and changed it, but the donut didn’t fit correctly and I couldn’t drive. I called this Pep Boys location, and while they didn’t have my tire in stock, they offered to source it from another store. The second location had the tire but with a long wait, so I called back and asked this location to order it. I took a Lyft and brought the bad tire straight over. About 25 minutes later, as my Lyft trunk was opening, Dakota and John came out to greet me by my name. I had realized when my car started to slide on the road during a recent rain storm, that it was definitely time to get new tires right away. I had purchased my previous set from the car dealership that I had purchased my cars through. They were to call me right back with tires and pricing. They knew I needed them now. Well, after almost 2 hours, I had reached out to a neighbor to get their input who was reputable. Pep Boys was at the top of the list! I was able to get my vehicle diagnosed and promptly repaired as a walk-in customer. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The cost of the repair compared to a dealer or other service mechanics was VERY reasonable.
