Know what you’re going in there for such as tires, brakes wheel alignment anything else get a second Opinion. I was offered a Front brake replacement and cabin air filter according to the mechanic they were both needed, I declined. Although they did a front wheel alignment without informing me, but I figured that would be standard procedure. Two days later, I took my car to the dealer had him check the brakes and they said they were fine. They did not need replacing..

Chis got our problem fixed, and he did it in a way that was fast, professional, and easy. He not only helped alleviate that car-problem-anxiety, but he did it while understanding that repairs are always more than you expect. I would recommend him a million times over. Give this guy a damn raise!

Pep Boys was the only place I found that I could get the tires that I wanted. I called, made an appointment, and when I showed up on time, they were ready for me. They have a nice waiting room with a TV and coffee. The tires were installed promptly. People in the office were very professional and courteous. I will go back there again!
