I previously left a 5-star review, but I have to change it now. They replaced a serpentine belt for me and the next day, on my way to work, the entire belt came completely off the track and I had to emergency stop on the side of the road due to engine overheating. The manager I spoke to on the phone seemed like he could care less about what happened. He kept saying "IF it's something we did wrong then we'll warranty it out". I've had the car for 2 years and the belt has never once had an issue, I changed it because it was getting old. So I already smelled it out like they were going to avoid responsibility. While I was waiting for the tow, I had my dad's mechanic come look at my car. He said the tensioner was fine, pulleys were fine, and he's almost certain it was just a shoddy job putting

So grateful that they could get my daughter’s car taken care of the same day without an appointment. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were fast, courteous, and so far the work seems to be holding up. I was also so fortunate that they allowed me to use a coupon that my friend found after they quoted me a price. I will be back!

The team at Pep boys are more than wonderful, but truly treated me like family. They really worked hard to get my wrangler back up and running. Had to replace rear differential, brakes, and serpentine belt on 2018 JL, and through all the headaches of this model Wrangler they did whatever it would take to get midnight back and running. The Gallatin pk Tennessee location was clean, the personal was very professional and the repair service was incredible and timing was excellent! If you value your time, money, and safety, do NOT - under ANY circumstances - take your car to this location for anything. My partner took our car in for a regular oil change. After he got the car home, it started pouring oil on our driveway. Whoever did the change stripped out the oil pan plug, the threading for the oil filter, and missed replacing the gasket around the oil filter. He took it back in, they "fixed" their errors free of charge, and he took the car home. Less than 24 hours later, it was leaking again. We decided to take it to the dealership instead, where it was found that - due to their mistakes - $2k of work was needed after finding oil leaking from valve covers, the oil filter housing, and the pan. All of this was due to either misdiagnosis or damage by Pep Boys. We ha
