Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Purchased all 4 brand new tires. Threads on tires visible as if they were glued on old tires :/ doesn’t ride smoothly. I literally feel everything . Overall poor quality

Jacob was extremely knowledgeable regarding recommendations for my 2021 Audi S5 tires. He was able to beat other prices from local businesses. He also educated me on the gear ratios based off of tire wear. I would 100 percent recommend Pep Boys and specifically this location to anyone. This location has also been in Jefferson Parish for over 100 years!

Great experiences overall. The store manager Sean is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for the customers. This store is open 7 days a week and has a waiting area with a television and free complimentary coffee for its customers . Highly recommended for your vehicle’s needs.

I received a list of things to update or fix on my truck from the dealership. I thought the price was a bit high so I brought my truck to pep boys in Metairie and the cost was half of what the dealership quoted me. The customer was great as the guys kept me updated while they worked on my truck. I will always bring my truck to this pep boys location.

My service advisor was extremely nice was not pushy trying to sell me things that I didn’t want or need and most important. They had my car ready when they said it would be ready.
