The staff at the Mount Vernon store was very friendly, accommodating, and practiced great communication. My vehicle was in and out of the shop quickly and the technician who serviced my vehicle was great at informing me what all was done, and what is still needed. I would highly Reccomend bringing your vehicle to this location.

I had an amazing experience at Pep Boys thanks to Nah (front-end representative) and Jesse (automobile technician)! Nah went above and beyond to fight with my car’s warranty company to make sure every issue with my vehicle was covered and fixed properly. His dedication, communication, and persistence were truly impressive. Jesse did excellent work on my car and made sure everything ran smoothly afterward. Both were so amazing, I even bought them lunch as a thank you! It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days! Thank you, Nah and Jesse, for going the extra mile!

I had a terrible screech in the front left tire/breaks. I had been thru a couple mud puddles and thought it might be a rock stuck. Went to car wash. Nice shine but not enough power to get the rock out. Stopped at Pep Boys before ruined my breaks or rotor. They guys there got me in within 10 min and took that tire and breaks off and cleaned everything out and found the stuck rock. No charge. Great service and nice guys. Thank you.

I recently had an issue arise that resulted from work I had done in my car at PepBoys. The manager Mike, did an excellent job in resolving the issue in a timely manner. He arranged for my car to be towed to the shop, and got the necessary repairs done quickly. The team at this location are friendly and knowledgeable.
