Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I took my car in with a flat tire and left it for three hours just to get it changed. When I got back, they hadn't even touched it. They told me they didn't have time, even though they said it would be ready today. They didn't even call to let me know they weren't going to finish and were just going to leave my car outside the shop. Terrible attitude and awful service. I'm Hispanic, and they were very racist towards me. I asked for my keys and they laughed because they thought I wouldn't be able to change my tire and put on the spare.

5 stars on customer service. Pleasant staff, but service on vehicle didn’t meet general expectations. Oil change either wasn’t done or filters wasn’t changed. Oil was dirty. I paid for an oil change. Request was made to have the vehicle to receive a full diagnosis during first visit. Wasn’t done the first time and had to pay for a thorough oil leak check the second time. I was told Pep boys was short staffed which may have caused for the vehicle not to have a full diagnosis and service completely done. My experience with Pep boys 2 years ago was outstanding however this time not so much.

Chris was extremely helpful and I feel confident that my service was performed swiftly and promptly. I found myself stranded and needed immediate help. I highly recommend this location for service and/or repairs.

Went in for a front end alignment spent over $2500 for repairs. Bolt on front end not torque which left it rattling. Returned for correction and bolt tightened but was told I had another list of things to correct. Asked why was notified the first time stated they can’t answer. Very poor service plus a ripoff.

Appt scheduled for 9. Patiently waited 45 mins. my car never moved. Asked about the delay, something about 1 person working and I was next. I waited another 15-20 mins still nothing. As I walked to the counter, the tech stated he was about to move my car I politely requested my keys back and left. I understand there's a wait time, if you're aware that I am waiting with my vehicle simply communicate that you're running behind schedule. It's very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
