After taking my car to 3 different places, including the dealership, Pep Boys was the first to actually listen to me. I had found out about a common issue with the exact year and model of my car and just wanted someone to look at it for my peace of mind. They looked without any hesitation and were able to fix the issue. Amazing customer service! This will be my new go to spot.

Brought in some wheels and tires for them to put on as well got some routine maintenance done in all one appointment. Done same day. Friendly staff and great prices! Definitely thought I was going to come out of pocket more so very happy with the services!

We had car trouble when out of town for wedding. Brian was awesome to work with. We had car towed in late afternoon on a Saturday. He got the diagnostic done quickly so we knew what was the trouble.Highly recommend!

Great service Professional Attentive Visited this location twice within a couple days and in both instances I had a great experience. On my second visit, issue was minor but required getting in contact with a insurance service provider. Instead of dealing with the red tape involved and very likely long wait time, Josh the manager addressed my issue at no charge. This was very much appreciated. Highly recommend this location.

Didn't even think to take my truck here but my dad said to. Had a fuel leak under the pickup. They warned they may not be able to fix it if it was in the line. The truck is older and would need to have the line made most likely. We took the chance. Within a couple of hours they had checked it out and informed me what needed done and got my consent for the repair. Very affordable. Will definitely use them again.
