Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Overall they did a great job getting me and my car in and out in a decent amount of time. They were very busy when I got there, but they squeezed me in and replaced the tire in less than two hours. It cost me a little more than I wanted to pay, but I need my car for work and it was the only tire they had in the correct size. The guy at the front desk was awesome.

Took my van there to get service on tranny just to check up had no problemsthey told me to drop it off in the morning and I did. It would be ready by 3:30 came back at 3:30 was not ready. Came back at six was not ready. They changed tires and things that I did not request the guy at the counter baldheaded guy with an accent had a horrible attitude. Don’t go there I heard other people complaining that they’ve been waiting for their vehicle all day once they have your vehicle on the left your a hostage they literally kept me there till almost 7:00 PM

Our family had the best experience at the Avalon Park S. Blvd Pep Boys location. The crew were not only professional but courteous! We had a tire issue and they didn’t give up until the mystery was solved! We are new to this area but were treated like we have been long time customers! Our family will highly recommend this location. We will be back!

This location did not make a good first or second impression. Both times I scheduled an oil change here, was filled with issues. both times stated they could not find my appointment on the computer, but with an extra look was found. The first time they told me after finding the appointment they couldn’t get to it that day. Even though I had scheduled it. Second time after finding the appointment in their computer, stated it be hours for an oil change. And that this location is a drop off only and then I should know that. Front desk person does little to help the situation. Do not waste your time with this location.

We got a flat tire on I-4 on our way to Orlando and changed it ourselves just to get back on the road. We found a Pep Boys nearby, and Will was an absolute lifesaver! Even though they were clearly busy, he offered to fix our tire right away and got us taken care of quickly. We’re so grateful for his kindness and great service — thank you, thank you thank Will!
