recently visited Pep Boys for a tire alignment service, and I am very satisfied with the experience. The staff was professional, polite, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. My car was pulling slightly to one side, but after the alignment service, it drives smooth and straight. The work was completed on time, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I recently had my car towed to Pep Boys after it had been sitting for a little over a year. I booked a 10 AM appointment for new tires, an oil change, and a full check to bring it back to life. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t the smoothest. Because my car wouldn’t start, I arrived around 11 AM, but even with the delay, there was almost no communication throughout the day. I had to call multiple times in the afternoon just to get updates, and every person I spoke with gave me a different answer about what was going on with my car. Came in with an issue from a previous tire installation from the day before, Angel helped fix the issue in a timely manner. The issue was with two tires we purchased, but he rebalanced all four as a courtesy. Also needed to purchase a third tire in the end for safety reasons and got a discount on the tire as well. Angel made the trip back worth it. Was very happy with Angel customer service skills. Would make a good manager for this location

Came to get my tire repaired and engine looked at. They kept my car for 24 hours and noted in my inspection I had a hole in my tire that needed repair. Paid 600 for my tire never to be replaced and charged me 600 for an engine repair. For it to not be fixed and did not replace my tire. Came this weekend to get it looked at again at 9 am and no updates were made and nothing was fixed in my car so I came 30 before closing to see and was upset so ANGEL called the cops on me ! I was still upset and told the parts didn’t come and they never called to update me . My mechanic was Jason

Had a piece of undercarriage plastic hanging down. Stopped in and Angel was able to get the car up on the lift to remove the damaged piece and explain what was going on. Took only a few minutes. Very helpful and much appreciated!
