I went in for an oil change and a throttle body service. I left my car at the shop, and about two hours later they called to say my car was ready. When I came to pick it up and was about to leave, I noticed that the oil change reminder was still on. I went back into the shop, and the mechanic came outside. He checked my paperwork, which listed all the services performed, and said, “I’m sorry, I forgot to change the oil.” OMG— as a customer, you go in to change your oil and they forget to change it! Unbelievable. However, I still gave them five stars in the end. The mechanic apologized, worked fast to fix the mistake, and did a good job. Also, the customer service at the front desk is top-notch—excellent, very knowledgeable, and very welcoming. Even after such a big mistake of forgetting

I made an appt for a state inspection at 9am 3/1/26. I apologize because I don’t remember the young man’s name who opened but after he opened and started up the computers and finished with the person in front of me it was about 9:10-9:15. I was finished by 9:45-9:50. It was a very straightforward in and out experience. They have also gotten much further along with the renovation since the last time I was there sometime in late 2025. The waiting area looks very nice.

Great service, professional attitude for customer. Very professional about the price, never lie to the customer, never ask for more money for original price which they told before the service started. Very patient for listening the customer wishes and explanation about the car problem!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 And the worker named “Tre” who take care my car all the time, I am so recommending him to everyone👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had a great experience. I went to get a Realignment and I’m very very very pleased. They did not over charge me or try to jib me - the service rep in the front desk guy were polite and helpful and knowledgeable . I had a great experience and I will be back if I need any more car work

William and Kyhee was very helpful and professional. I went to get my tires replaced, they were able to provide me the correct tires and a discount. They have a water fountain here, a bathroom, and a TV in the waiting room. William is willingly to help a brother out.
