Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Had to make an emergency trip in while traveling, when my alternator went out. Anna at the front seat was a rockstar. She was the only one working up front at the time and was helping me get everything set up while also multitasking other calls coming in. She was very informative. And she called me to keep me updated, because they weren’t sure if my car would be able to get done that day. Luckily the techs were able to finish up and get started on my vehicle. I was able to pick up right before they closed. Thank you to everyone at the shop for getting it done. And thank you Anna for being such a gem to talk to and helping make the experience wonderful.

We needed to urgently bring our car in and this was the only location who had same day availability. We left feeling satisfied and confident that the team did a job well done. Anna Holcomb helped us along the way and was very professional and upfront with us, no hidden agendas. She made us feel safe leaving our car behind to get worked on and confident the problem would be solved and repaired. Every once and a while people make a difference in your life. JB and Chuy from Pep Boys are two of those people for us. We were stuck in Reno on a Sunday towing a boat from CA to Utah and had tire problems on our boat trailer that made it so we could not continue our journey. We called several tire shops and even went to one / only to be told they could fix the problem but they would not because they don’t work on trailers or they didn’t have time before closing. We called Pep Boys and spoke with JB (I believe that’s his name). They found and fixed the problem even though they had lots of other work to do. Chuy, the technician, and JB not only fixed the problem but stayed late to make sure everything was OK. They were the only ones that recognized our problem and tried to fix it. I’

10/10 SERVICE!!! Leave it to Anna, Dan, and Mark. They were extremely positive and provided amazing customer service. You can tell they really care about their customers. They were extremely helpful. Overall had a great experience. I will be recommending this Pep Boys to anyone for any auto needs.

Traveling and heading back to California, I came in without an appointment and needed a tire repair! I had some special circumstances due to a full load in my SUV and needing to remove it to access the tire equipment! Well, Anna the service advisor was not only accommodating she went clearly over and above to see that I was taking care of! When Chuey the tech started he was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant as well! The job was done without any issues and I was on my way! Those two need to be recognized for the professionalism and dedication to their job! Anna, thank you so much for hooking me up and Chuey for the great work!
