Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Today was my first visit to Pep Boys but it won't be my last. Service was delivered professionally & in a timely fashion. I was greeted by the amazing Galvin who was polite, informative and engaging. I place a high value on this kind of customer service in businesses I chose and I was very impressed w/ this hardworking young man. Keep up the great work!

Read the reviews before coming here, because I should have. I wasted so much time bringing my truck back to this place after a simple brake job. At one point, I came to pick my Chevy up and the guy at the front desk couldn’t even tell me what they did to it that day. They installed defective equipment on my truck and it took 3 separate visits to correct the problem. Nice staff, easy booking, but it’s not worth the amount of time it takes to correct a basic problem.

Made an appointment over the phone, was told to come in during the next 45 minutes so they can check my car out real quick. Drove 30 minutes out of my way to be told I can’t get seen until 4pm at the earliest (it’s 10am right now). Walked in and was told “I spoke with someone from India on the phone, not their store”. Don’t make appointments over the phone they just lie.

As a new car owner, keeping up with maintenance can be very stressful and frustrating. But every time I have come in shop whether it be for an oil change or any minor repairs, they have been nothing but amazing. They are always detailed and throughout on what they do and never rush on anything. They are overall very friendly and knowledgeable, and I’m proud to be a continuous costumer of pep boys

I went to get 4 tires installed in my car and Jusvin Baez took care of me, very knowledgeable, attentive and a kind young man. I must say he gets not 5 stars but 10! Thank you so much Jusvin!
