I was very feed up with the service center at Dodge and a friend said try Pep Boys. It was an awesome experience! The manager, Justin is amazing!! He offered a fast evaluation and was honest each step of the way. He went above and beyond to help me understand the dynamics of the repair. He made every attempt to keep the pricing reasonable and applied appropriate discounts where he was able. Service was fast and reliable. They even had a service technician that specialized in working on Mopars and other muscle cars. Pep Boys has gained not only a very satisfied customer but a repeat one!

Bought a brand new truck less than a year old to get the oil changed. Didn’t get out of the parking lot and a motor blew up. Brought it back to the dealership Toyota. Toyota found Pep Boys to blame and quoted Pep Boys $36,000 for the repair. Pep Boys would only settle for 37,000. Doesn’t cover my tax doesn’t cover any other issues. Their management an insurance adjusters are the worst people you ever wanna deal with. Brought a perfectly good truck into them now I got a blown motor and I’ve gotta spend money out-of-pocket to fix it. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years at one point I had a truck of over 10 in my fleet brought a truck there every weekend for something. I had an amazing experience at this Pep Boys location! Store Manager Justin Stephens, Assistant Manager Makaio Parker, and the entire tire technician team were incredibly positive, helpful, and eager to assist with my car situation. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I’ll definitely be returning again this team is truly outstanding and made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

Justin at the Sanford Pep Boys went above and beyond to help me when my car had to be dropped off on a flatbed. He provided me with an estimated cost upfront, kept me updated throughout the process, and even worked over the weekend to get my car fixed. What really stood out was his excellent communication and the way he found the best prices on parts, which helped keep the repair affordable. I honestly don’t know how people are reviewing this place with 5 stars. I made an online appointment and wasn’t found when I arrived, it’s ok I was willing to wait the two hours they stated would take. 3 hours later I called since I decided to look around. I was informed they haven’t started and that they would call me back soon with and updated time. I waited an hour and half and started to go to the shop when I arrived the car wasn’t touched and mind you they had the car for over 5 hours. At no point was I ever informed about the long wait or updated if they were falling behind. I went in and asked for my keys where I was met with a employee who could care less that I waited that long and with no excuse or even offer to apologies or get a manger said “ok”.
