Horrible experience. Yesterday I came in for an oil change having no issues with my car. During the change I was informed the tip connecting the tank and the hose had been broken. I had been driving my car around with no leaking coolant, no check engine light on, nothing. (those tanks are very pressurized and I would’ve noticed an issue if that was the case before I came in) they also tried to say my coolant was completely empty (your car can’t safely operate if you coolant tank is empty) When I confronted them why there was now an issue they said someone previously must’ve broken it. Funny enough they changed my oil in October as well and no one else has seen my car since. It wasn’t an issue then. I left with my car and got 5 minutes away and my check engine light came on and my car start

Chose this place to get some tires installed since it was the closest shop open Sundays. Noticed two days later that a lug bolt is missing, one is visibly crooked, others aren’t in evenly, and cosmetic damage to multiple wheels. One tire also under inflated 10 psi. Still working to assess possible hub damage from cross threaded bolts. Edit/update: made zero progress through normal customer service pathways waiting on a response from the "field leadership team." After finally emailing a separate high level corporate support position, got approval to tow it to a BMW dealership for repairs. All told, after two weeks and about $2000 in repairs and rental car costs, I have a functional car back.

I'm often on the road between CA and AZ with a crazy work schedule. The guys here have always pulled through for me and kept my car in great shape; even when Im not on top of its maintenance schedule. They are reasonably priced, transparent and the manager Bryon is an honest/solid dude. Definitely recommend this location, they do what they can for their customers.

I have to unfortunately update this review. I left one a couple months ago. 5 stars… But I have to leave a 1 star now. After spending $1800+ on my A/C. The issue still hasn’t been resolved. I still don’t have a cold running car a/c. Sad…. Oh and I’ve had the car in there 2 times. The only good thing they’re good at is billing me for additional work.

Bryon and Tyren were amazing! Both extremely patient and super helpful. Best customer service we’ve had in a while! They’re awesome and we will definitely be back because of them!
