Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I don't recommend pep boys for service repairs. I called for an appointment and was told to come by at 2:30pm. I arrived and couldn't figure out how to enter as the doors were "locked" but they were all broken and I had to go through the garage. I was then told to wait it was a 3-4 hour wait. I asked if there was another time and was asked if I wanted to make an appointment, which I thought I did. I was told the next day at 8am. I arrived and the woman didnt knowledge me. I was asked questions about what needed repaired. I needed a headlight and a tail-light replaced. I was quoted over $700. I asked "seriously?" And was told that the "LED lights are super expensive." I reluctantly agreed and told it would be 1.5hr wait because of the "wiring". I get it but holy crap. So we wait and it's ap

Kendra was an amazing! She was an amazing help during such a stressful time! Will definitely return because that level of customer service is unheard of!!! Give this girl a raise!!!

I highly recommend the Pep Boys on Prater Way to anyone in need to repairs or basic maintenance. They are super polite, professional, straight forward, and they do great work. Got my breaks and rotors done as well as an oil change and tire rotation & everything was done perfectly and they kept me updated throughout the process. I'll never take my Jeep anywhere else. Thanks again for the great job Pep Boys you guys rock!!

Pulled up to get my rotation done, and they had me right. The techs in here mad cool, real friendly, good energy all around. And seeing women holdin’ it down at the front desk? Yeah, that had me feeling way more at ease — I knew I wasn’t finna get played or overcharged. They was straight-up honest and handled business. Lowkey the best experience I done had at a shop.
