Great service! I went to another pep boys on Southwest freeway and they couldn't help me. I needed an oil change and tires on my birthday and I didn't want to spend all day at pep boys. They not only assisted me but got me out under the time they quoted. Great job! Happy birthday to me!

The service that I received from this location was wonderful!! I brought a fleet vehicle in for some work, they went through the repair approval phases ( which is an absolute nightmare to deal with, and a super long process) before any work can be started. Once everything got approved, my technician, Tyrone, quickly got the vehicles tires, brakes, oil change, and alignment done and got me out the door. Thank you Tyrone and the entire Pep Boys team for your patience and persistence in getting the approvals done so that I could get the vehicle back quickly! I have taken my vehicle multiple times to this Pep Boys location and have received excellent customer service and car repair on each visit. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and great at communication. They ask appropriate questions to help troubleshoot the issue and then follow thru with a thorough inspection of that issue to give recommendations. They are also honest about "suggestions" vs "get this fixed right now" -- which I truly appreciate. The timeliness of the repairs is expedient as well. Utlizing a warranty is not a hassle either -- they do not give you the run around.

Came in for an oil change found out that I needed a value cover gasket. Tyrone was the mechanic who worked on my car he did an awesome job. Keep up the great work. I definitely recommend them to whomever needs their car repair this is the place to be. Very reasonable as well

I rarely say leave reviews about auto shops but I got to say, Xavier and his team here at Pep Boys maintain outstanding customer service. After my two front tires where about to bust due.to my procrastination at the last minute this Pep Boys was my hope for the tires i needed for the size aftermarket rims I have on my truck. This place had exactly what I needed for my Ram 1500 at a great price "in stock". They got me up and going back to work in no time.
