Exelent service and thank you Mr Antonio. Got there almost at closing time. Mr Antonio decided to stay open a bit late so they can replace my tire. He went above and beyong to try to help me. Also gave me a 10 % discount on my final bill. Thank you Pep Boys. Definitely go see Mr Antonio for service on your vehicle. Highly recommend this place.

I brought my car in because my tire air pressure light was on and it felt like I had a flat. They suggested that they complete a suspension evaluation because they suspected it was an issue with the suspension for an extra $40. I agreed and they called me to tell me it was just a nail in my tire. I asked them to waive the fee of the exam and they refused. It felt like they were just adding on an unnecessary test to charge me more. They could've just looked at my tires, seen the nail and patched it up. Problem solved! I never would've agreed to the exam if they had told me I just had a nail in my tire. Obviously they patched my tire and my car was fine afterwards. This place just gives car mechanics a bad name. You come in for one problem, and then they start finding ways to charge you for

Show up and shop has just one client waiting. Lafy at desk was on phone which is understandable. No greeting, no I'll be right with you or anything. Just a good 10 minute wait while she continued on with her conversation. Avoid this place, customer service is not their priority.
