Had an appointment to get my tires changed at 10am didnt get done till almost 530pm Update: emailed the pepboy social email and I get a call from the manger Joe of the location to apologize and offer me a refund for one of my tires as compensation I just need to come in between 8am-5pm Mon-Friday, show up at 3pm on Tuesday and get told hes not there and I need to come in earlier the next day. Now they not only wasted 8 hours the day I got serviced but now and additional hour for me to drive up there just to be told to come back tomorrow. Absolutely avoid the place like the plague, if you have any respect for your time I would recommend watching paint dry before coming here.

Appoint was for 12:30pm dropped off at that time and left the car expected it to be completed in a few hours (having 4 tires replaced). I heard nothing through out the day and the web site tracking never changed. I finished work at 4:30pm and checked the status on the site and still no change, but stated estimated time would be 5:30pm. Called to check just before 5:30pm in which I was placed on hold for about 20 mins. I was the. Told that work hadn’t started yet but would be completed before 7pm (their closing time) and that they would call soon to let me know when it was complete. By 6:45pm still hadn’t heard anything so decided to drive and find out. Was advised that car would be ready in about 15mins. Needless to say 15 mins turned into an hour - not once did anyone ever apologize for t

I had an appointment on Black Friday to get all of my tires replaced. All the work appeared to be done fine and in a timely manner. I leave with my car and then within the hour the low tire pressure light was on. 2 of the tires were already lower than recommended so we filled them and hoped the light would go off. It didn’t. We took it into another location closer to home the following morning and the original location (this one) had broken off a sensor and instead of taking accountability and replacing it they just left it. The second location fixed it and sent us back to the original location (on Eggert) for a refund for the cost of the sensor. We didn’t get an apology for the inconvenience or anything. I usually mark my old tire weights before getting the new tires. And after picking up my car from this plase I realized they did not touch or remove any of them. Git in the car and released they didn't even check my tires pressure that most be 35.i post the picture of that. And im driving 55mph my car shaking crazy. I went back to talk to the staff. They acting like im in wrong and giving me the attitude.

The one kid lied to my face saying they wouldn't check out my battery for me, my brother calls after that & gets told they in fact do that service free. Getting a new battery & starter going on 3 days now because the claim is that there's a wiring issue. The car started & ran fine a half hour before. These people seem really shady & I don't believe they know what they're doing. Most likely getting robbed here so definitely go elsewhere.
