Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

The only complaint I have about this place is access to getting into their parking lot, and even that will not prevent me from coming here again. It is just a bit of a busy road. I may check for times when it's less busy and easier to get out of the parking area. The place itself has a clean well kept waiting area. My repair time was shorter than initially expected and everyone I encountered was kind and respectful. Nothing was done that I did not ask for and I never felt like I was being sold anything I did not need. I made my appointment and was able to choose and pay for the tires I needed online. Ladies, I highly recommend this place!

I had a flat tire. I filled the tire and barely made it to Pep Boys. The service was excellent very professional. They fixed the tire right away and did not charge me. A pleasant surprise! That doesn't happen any where else. I highly recommend Pep Boys in Verona! Customer first service. I have been going there for years.

Pep Boys was professional, prompt, and polite. They took my appointment same day and finished the work in less than hour. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. Will absolutely be back!!

The employees are honest and helpful. I buy my tires there and always get good service. After my dashboard indicated low tire pressure, they quickly found the nail. They repaired the tire at no charge. I will only go to PEP Boys. I was referred by a neighbor and I fully understand why.
