She was professional, extremely knowledgeable and remained exceptionally pleasant and accommodating throughout my long stay. Dana Ramal is a real credit to Pep Boys. Worst Pep Boys in Queens!!! Tell you a price on the phone and when you get there it changes. The Assistant Manager needs training in de-escalation. He gets flustered easily - no matter the team is like that - poor management! Get it together bro - you are offering a service. Dana left without informing her customer she is clocking out - who does that!!! Poor customer service! My first and last visit! I would suggest driving a few more miles for better service.

William took care of my car today, and I have to say it was a truly excellent experience. He was quick, efficient, very professional, and also extremely pleasant to talk to. Great staff, great quality service and parts but price is high for labor. You have to get a really great deal to get a comparable price to shops around this one. Tires are great but brakes and labor is very very expensive for the price. $730 for brakes after a discount of $150. That’s way too high for this service.

Great service! Needed a battery and with no appointment they were able to accommodate me. Highly satisfied.
