I recently had my tires replaced and I’m very satisfied with the experience. From booking to installation, everything was smooth and efficient. The staff explained everything clearly and checked the tire condition thoroughly, which made me feel confident. The price was reasonable, and I could immediately feel the difference in driving after the replacement. The waiting area was also clean and comfortable. Special thanks to the long-haired gentleman who kindly helped me choose the most reasonable and suitable tires. His recommendation made the whole process even better. I would definitely come back here for future tire services and highly recommend this place to others!

Quick and easy. Was visiting family from out of town and my car needed service before our drive home. Dropped the car off the night before and thy serviced the vehicle quickly and got us on our way. Came highly recommended from our family and their neighbors and they did not disappoint.

I was stuck on the side of the road and called in after I got an alert on my vehicle to pull over. I called in, was 5 minutes away and they did their best to check out my car and get the repair done efficiently and swiftly. Alden (long haired fella) was courteous, respectful and kind and communicative. If I lived closer, it'd be my go-to!

This Pep Boys came highly recommended to me. I cannot agree more. Had a spark plug issue on one occasion and a brake issue on another. They have amazing technicians who are very skilled at diagnosing your vehicle ailments. I will definitely be coming back for future automotive service needs. Reasonably priced and professional. I hit a curb as I pulled into my hotel parking lot after a 6 hour trip to the area for my mother’s funeral. I had purchased a complete set of tires from Tire Rack and had them installed at my local Pep Boys back home just 2 weeks earlier. The Tires were Pirelli and they did not have them in stock. Drew the assistant manager was able to contact a supplier and have the exact same tire brought to the store in less than 1 hour and had it installed on my wife’s car before 12pm. He knew I had the service at 2pm and did everything he could to make sure I was there on time. I would also like to note the store was extremely busy the whole time and the techs were working diligently the whole time. Great job Pep Boys! Highly recommended.
