EDIT-The service since this review has been bad. The tires I had installed were so off balance my whole car was shaking. Brought it back to be rebalanced and they had an attitude like it was my fault. Then the couple of times I’ve come in to try and get my tires rotated they act like I’m bugging them more. Which, I even bought the extra tire warranty!! I just stopped in this morning… Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes before calling the store to get their attention. The guy that came up was visibly pissed off that I wanted help and was short with his answers to me. I guess I’ll move on to another tire shop and let Pep Boys die off. lol 😂 Tim is the man!! I called with an off-road trip coming up and 2 torn up sidewalls on my old tires. He located, picked up, and installed these 35” tires on

Blake was incredibly helpful. I had a nail in my tire which the dealership noticed during my service but didn't have the right tire to replace it. I was advised by someone else to get a similar tire that would be "good enough" that Pep Boys had. When I went to get it replaced the next morning, Blake looked at it and identified the nail was small enough and not causing any leakage. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'd certainly bring my car back to Blake at this Pep Boys.

This place is very thorough and to be honest they save me about $400. They fixed an issue with my car that Ford dealership quoted me 800. Because of this, I will trust this place with my vehicles and you should too. They didn’t make me wait around. They got my car right in and got the parts that I needed ordered and everything was finished the next day thanks Pep Boys. You helped me when I was in a bind.

I came in with a screw in my tire and the manager was a great help to check if it was fixable, the information provided was great and the customer service was great, will definitely come back .

Terrible experience at this location compared to the Sandy location. I called in to get an alignment due to the Sandy locations machine being out of order. I came in and chose which alignment option I wanted out of the choices; they really tried to hard sell me on a lifetime alignment for $200 (In my opinion all options are ridiculously overpriced). The waiting area was dingy and dirty. There was one rep helping all customers who came in and had one specific mechanic come and bark at him multiple times for parts; this rep would even yell at him from the bay door leading into the customer lounge to the register area while he was in the middle of helping customers. My car was never listed as completed in the online queue function; I believe I sat for an additional 30 minutes after my car was
