I had both bumpers replaced on my 2019 Pathfinder along with a few smaller cosmetic fixes. I chose Perfect Touch Auto Body based on reviews, and I’m really glad I did. The work came out great. The paint match is phenomenal, the bumpers line up perfectly, and all of my parking sensors work exactly as they should! They also took care of some scratches I’d been living with for a while. What I appreciated most was the honesty. RJ didn’t try to upsell me at all. He actually suggested trying to repair the bumpers first to save me money since I was paying out of pocket. I ultimately chose to replace both bumpers, but that approach immediately put me at ease. Wanted to give a big shoutout to the guys at perfect touch. Movings from jersey to this area i ended up getting into a accident with a deer on the highway, i went to multiple places and from 8-10k quotes; To some telling me just salvage my vehicle. Soon as I arrived In received immediate attention and assistance. They took the time to actually look at my car and give me they upfront opinion as well as prices. I chose them because of this attention to detail. I received updates on any problems with parts as well as them helping me keep the cost down. I have a special annoying color and they were able to accommodate and go above and beyond to return my vehicle within days so i would not miss work. Best Auto Body shop experience I've had! I was able to get my car fixed within reasonable time. The price was fair and the service was great! They even washed my car! Will definitely come back if needed and will be recommend friends and family to go here.
