Wow! Ultimate Auto Glass far exceeded my expectations! I dropped off my 2017 Mercedes because I thought that I had a water leak above my windshield. However, Joel discovered that I had a mouse, not a leak, and the head liner was badly stained from the mouse. Joel carefully removed my windshield without damaging it and then discovered a mouse nest in the console between the two sun visors that contains the reading lights. Joel could have put my windshield back and charged me for his efforts. If he did that, I would have had to pay an auto body shop to remove the windshield a second time in order to replace the headliner. Who knows if the windshield would have broken during the second removal? Joel does not usually replace headlines, but he offered to do it for me to save the additional
