The good: they were very communicative and responsive. Whitney in particular had excellent customer service. The bad: they almost accidentally threw away a part that was undamaged and supposed to be put back in the trunk (see picture). Fortunately, we noticed the missing part on the same day and they were able to dig it out of their trash can and reinstall it. They also left trash inside the car when they handed it over (see picture of the half full drink they left in the cupholder). Overall they did a good job, but there's lots of room for improvement. We would use them again but we would carefully inspect the car to make sure no parts were missing or trash left inside.

I cannot say enough good things about Perfection Auto Refinish. Every update was proactive and the entire process felt smooth and transparent. It is rare to find a shop that communicates this well and actually does what they say they will do. The finished repair exceeded expectations. The quality, care, and pride in their work is obvious!! I also have to mention Whitney specifically - because she was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly and on time. The team at this location do good work and I don’t have to worry about being overbilled. Even when using NPR reduces downtime and gets units back up quicker.

Omg where do I start!!!! This company fixed my daughter's car in the past and I fell in love with them then. Fast forward 4 years and I got the opportunity to use them AGAIN!!! Yolanda is the mist sweetest and kindest individual that you will ever meet. Both times that I have went up there in the lady two weeks she was there with the biggest smile ever. She is truly what customer service is all about. Whitney is like the girl next door that everyone wants as a friend. She took me to my truck and carefully assessed EVERY part to make sure every issue on the outside was caught together. She carefully listened to my concerns while being so kind and understanding. After the overall assessment she made sure to go into detail to make sure I understood EVERYTHING. She is very patient and funny.
