Perfection Body Shop & Auto Repair of Naples

I was involved in a car accident. I was in much better shape than my car. A friend suggested I take my car to Perfection, a body shop on Shirley Street. Upon arrival the boss began his evaluation of the damage. I gave the receptionist the details she needed. I received an email documenting what needed to be done, along with photos. My insurance carrier did a separate evaluation. When my car was ready to be picked up, I saw Perfection! My car looked better than when I first picked it up at the dealership. I just picked up my truck from Perfection Bodyshop and I'm blown away. Armando and his crew did an amazing job. After getting bad news that my truck was considered a total loss because what I was being charged a huge amount of money somewhere else I found this body shop. There were able to fix and replace parts in just over 2 weeks I will forever be greatfull. Everything that a business should have Perfection Body Shop has like communication,fair price,quick turn around, great customer service. This will be my go to shop from now on

They did an excellent job, and my car looks great! Jose was very helpful in pointing out a safety/necessary repair issue, which I appreciated. They, however, did not call to update me on the progress of the repair - I had to call them.
