Hands-down, one of the best tire and auto service experience that I’ve ever had. The team at perfection tire in Post Falls is professional, honest and genuinely cares about their customers. They took the time to explain my options. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need and got the work done quickly. The shop is clean. The staff is friendly, and the pricing was good. It’s refreshing to find a local business that actually does what they say and stands behind their work. I left feeling confident and taken care of not rushed or pressured. I always go to perfection tire in Post falls! Chad gets me right in,does all my tire rotations and the only place I buy tires. Also does all my aliments plus my oil changes. services both my vehicles! They also do some of my mechanic work if something should come up. Brakes and motor, only one I trust in Post falls. Call perfection if you need anything done. They are prompt experienced and dang sure a fair deal on expenses!

I took my 2008 Subaru outback in for an alignment. After 90 minutes l was told that they were not able to do the alignment because it needed a bunch of parts and some bolts were seized. However they still charged me for the alignment, saying trying to loosen the seized bolts took longer than a normal alignment. If you have an older vehicle I strongly suggest you take to somewhere that offers a free inspection prior to attempting an alignment as that is essentially all I got out of it. The estimate for repairs they provided included another charge for alignment. Perfection tire’s response to my review is not accurate. I would have really appreciated it if they would have informed me that they would not be able to do the full alignment. Then I could have decided if I wanted them to do just

I had Post falls Perfection tire mount, balance and sipe new tires I purchased. I was told that their siping machine broke after they had taken my truck in. Which is fine. I was just going to leave my tires un-siped. What they didn't tell me is that their machine broke siping one of my tires. So now I have one tire on my truck that is siped ( not very well, and extremely inconsistent). What irritates me is that they didn't tell me. I called them to bring up my concern and they basically told me it would be fine and that I needed to bring it back in so they could "finish the job" when their machine was fixed. I have not received a call back. I would assume their siping machine is operable now that it's been over a month since I've had them do my tires. Im left with 3 brand new tires and 1 t
