Perfectly Polished Detailing

I paid $360 for a full detail. Was quoted $275-$300. He went over the car with me , said some stains he couldn’t remove even after scrubbing them ( not sure why I was charged then) & he couldn’t remove the gum on the rubber mats . I was able to remove the gum myself with baby oil? They totally missed the arm rest in the back and I unfortunately didn’t look at it when he went over the car with me. (My fault) I noticed it after they left and texted him. .He was very apologetic and said he would return after his next appointment. Didn’t hear back, so I followed up and also pointed out that they missed the back of the back seats. No response. If they had come back as stated and finished the spots they missed, or offered me $$ back, I wouldn’t be leaving a 1 star review. This was not a $360 det

EDIT (downgraded from 5 to 2 stars) I originally gave 5 stars for a top notch detail of my Mustang. Scheduling was easy, pricing was transparent and fair, and the quality of work second to none. I then decided to have Perfectly Polished perform a detail, paint correction and ceramic coating on my truck. It was truly an awful experience. Truck was given to Perfectly Polished on 5/10 with an expected completion date of 5/13. I didn’t get it back until 5/17. I had to follow up daily only to be put off one day at a time. Eventually I had to go pick it up myself on 5/17 despite the owner and I agreeing to an arrangement where he would drop it off at my house. I paid $2,250 for a detail, paint correction and ceramic coating but none of the pre-existing, surface level scratches that were on

Perfectly Polished is a great local company. They recently applied an immaculate ceramic coat to my new Audi. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. I got quick responses to any questions. They explained every aspect of the ceramic coating in an easy to understand manner. They take pride in their work, and it shows in the product. I would highly recommend them.

We have now used Perfectly Polished Mobile Detailing for both of our vehicles and it has been a very positive experience both times. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Nick and his team of guys @PerfectlyPolishedDetailing were my go to detailers for nearly 2 years! They were always extremely professional, punctual, have excellent communication and have a passion for what they do. They treat your vehicles like their own and will confirm your satisfaction prior to leaving! If we hadn’t moved up to GA we would still be using them! If only I could convince them to open a shop up this way!!
