⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the Worst Experience I’ve Ever Had With an Auto Repair Shop – AVOID AT ALL COSTS If I could leave zero stars, I would. My experience with Performance Auto KY has been nothing short of infuriating, exhausting, and financially damaging. What began as a standard vehicle repair quickly devolved into a prolonged nightmare of broken promises, gross negligence, and outright disrespect. 🔧 Incompetent Service I brought my vehicle in for overheating issues and was quoted CI$5,000–$7,000 for repairs. I was told the necessary parts would be ordered and the issue resolved. Not only did they install parts without my consent, but when I attempted to intervene and purchase my own parts at a cheaper price, they dismissed that effort and plowed ahead with their own inflated version. I bought a Jeep Patriot from here and I had a little issue with the vehicle . The owner had his mechanic work on it and fix it . I have been very satisfied and happy with everything about this business . I would definately bury here again very honest business man to work with

I just had the worst experience ever here at this car lot I test drove a Cadillac Escalade I was gone for about 30 1 because I had to put gas in the vehicle to even drive it and 2 because there was a bad car wreck on my way back and traffic was completely stopped. So when I get back the lady there was so rude to me and made me feel like a stupid idiot because I test drove the car to long! Like if you buy a car don’t you want to drive it for real first! I was so excited I thought I was about to buy a car that I was finally about to be good and they ripped it away and really hurt my feelings. I was so excited to be able to finally buy a car. The way that i was treated and made me feel was just terrible. I will never go back there!

Office staff is very friendly and treat you with respect. Jack Riley is very respectful, he will work with you. I will go there to purchase other vehicles if if need any. Very nice people.

Highly recommend! I was able to purchase my vehicle from them with a low down payment, and they've been more than fair with me the whole time we've been doing business.
