Always had great work done here. They are honest and won’t do work that isn’t needed. I brought my car here to have the brakes done. Dealer service dept had said brakes we gone, wouldn’t pass next safety inspection. Dropped off at Jaxs and when I picked up he said brakes were fine, no charge for checking them, drove the car another 50k before it needed brakes. It’s good to have an honest mechanic!

The owner is pretty nice but I had two problems with this shop. He did a maintenance on my car which he replaced my air filter and he didn’t even tighten the clamp for it and also did not secure the air filter cover properly. My car had idling problems and my friend and I were trying to figure it out which we noticed the air cover and the clamp being very loose. Him or his assistant forgot to tighten/secure both. Another problem I had was he was supposed to order a clutch kit for me from American muscle where I waited more than two weeks for him to receive it. He did tell me it hadn’t been delivered yet which was a lie. So emailing him and asking him about it I did say I would come and get my deposit back if he didn’t order it and he replied back saying come and get your money. The only th

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but here we are. Multiple calls made over a week before one was finally answered. Voicemail was left and never returned. Was told to drop off my car at 9 AM when they open and nobody was there. By 9:45 I still hadn’t been helped so I left. Maybe they do good work, but they don’t care about you or your time.

Jack is great! He did an awesome job on my Jeep lift. Super nice guy, experienced and fair pricing. I highly recommend for any aftermarket modifications.

Jack is one of the most personable and knowledgeable guys I've ever met. My car is not quite ready to bring in for work yet, but I have complete confidence in their ability!
