Performance Muffler & Auto Repair

After taking my car to another local shop and wasting hundreds of dollars on them throwing parts at the problem and getting nowhere, I was lucky enough to pull into performance muffler and have Von look at my car. He diagnosed it the same day and quoted me a fair price. You can’t ask for more than that. This is the only place I will take my vehicles to from now on.

I had some exhaust replaced here. No complaints. They were quick, work looked good, and called me when it was done. Also thought the cost was good. Have heard good things about them from others besides having a positive experience the few times I’ve had work done here. Would recommend.

Unfortunately, my very first interaction with this business was enough to tell me I won’t be moving forward with them. When I called to inquire about their services, the person who answered the phone was extremely rushed and curt. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential customer. Customer service is an essential part of any business—especially the first point of contact—and in this case, it was sorely lacking. I didn’t feel valued or welcomed, and that alone was enough for me to decide to take my business elsewhere. While I can’t speak to the quality of their actual mechanical work, I can say that the customer service experience needs serious improvement.

Had a fantastic experience at Performance Muffler! They installed an exhaust tip for me, and the service was incredibly quick and efficient. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend them for anyone needing exhaust work – you won’t be disappointed!

These guys are the best. I had quotes up to 900.00 to fix my a/c and they got it done the same day at 250.00. I generally do my own work but I just didn't have the time. These guys are my go-to from now on. Fast. Friendly. Fair. Thanks so much to them.
