Was great shopping at the store.
This pertains to a 125 dollar radiator, that they sold the other guy for 270 dollars, more than a 200 percent upcharge for a radiator that they wouldn't honor a warranty or replacement for. I had talked to the Seattle location about a radiator that is literally 10 days old from a car i had just bought, and they put one on hold at this location, no problem, the manager here, (Everett) screwed that up so i need to waste someone else's time to come down with me to get a new replacement radiator (because their new one was defective from the beginning again 10 days old) I think I'm more inclined to go literally anywhere else and buy a new radiator out right than deal with a company that pulls this garbage on a 10 day old radiator, If I could give them zero stars i would, I guess the one star
Nobody else had a radiator for a Camry, not even local Toyota dealership. They made sure I bought the correct one. As there are two sizes for my year and engine size, and they carry both. Fast and courteses.
So far, so good. The person I worked with (Chris) is smart, personable, and knows the business. He can help you and wants to. I hope the radiator I bought is of the same quality as Chris.
Walked in with a simple problem and These guys solved it with no issue... Great place and people very honest there are few business that are but these guys were awesome!!! Thanks
