I purchased a wiring harness from PSI for my 2016 Gen V LT L83 swap into an old Military Humvee. I went ahead and purchased the wiring harness, 02s, pedal, MAF, and ECU with tune. It was worth every cent. They literally lived up to there "Plug it up and fire it up" slogan. The quality of the harness was OEM, the connectors are factory connections and come complete with safety snaps. After my install i had some concerns with my swap because some parameter had changed and the engine was behaving undesirably. I did all the necessary testing and called PSI to speak with the tech guy, Gary, after sharing my test results we were able to figure out my issues and he even sent me the procedures I needed to complete to resolve my issue. Worst customer service and experience, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PSI. Bought most items needed for my LS swap from PSI including engine package, trans, cruise, harness, DeWitts radiator, computer etc and spent close to $30,000. When had issues the rep promised to follow up and never called back-this occurred at least 8 times, they do not stand behind their products and treat cusotmers like garbage even if their defective product. Could not get them to respond when shipped a $7,000 transmission to a Texas shop instead of Pennsylvania as put in wrong address, I ended up going straight to their vendors to work through issues, found out later from the vendors reps PSI called to verify he ordered right part number to cover himself and never addressed questions or issues or called me back. I called PSI the first time. A very knowledgeable person answered. He's more than willing to talk about my LSA wiring harness that I would like to purchases. Was very informative and possibly saveed me $700 not having to buy a controller for th 6L80. NOT TO MENTION $400 saved vs the gm wire harness. He told me their wiring kit with ECM and pedal can be program to work the internal controller of the 6 L 80. All I have to do is remove the controller ship to them and they will program it with purchase of the LSA wiring kit.

After you've done a complete build you always look back and wonder what you would have done differently. For me, I wouldn't have even bothered with an OEM conversion harness from a supplier and would have got a PSI harness right off the bat. After my original harness had left me stranded from a failed 15 year old brittle connection, I decided it was time for an upgrade.
