Wow... and they continue to put people at risk!!! Don't walk away from Performance TIres in Bayou Vista.... RUN!!!! My son just had a similar situation experience with them. They were supposed to do a front end alignment. ... supposed to. He got the car back that didn't have any other issues before and when he got up to a certain speed he was losing control of the car. When they called Performance the next day, they wanted to change out another part for 300 and something dollars. He did that even though it wasn't broken before. So when the found out that didn't work, they wanted to charge him for that and change out another part for more money! When my son complained the man put the old part back on his car. Guy at the front count was absolutely rude. I waited patiently at the counter as he walked off and ignored me. Came back at his convenience and spoke over me. IMO not the way you treat a customer. Never spend another dollar there

You might think you're getting a good deal on a $100 front end alignment, but you're just getting ripped off when you have to take your car to a real mechanic to redo the alignment properly after.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Hadn't been there in a few years but things have definitely changed for the worse, since the Mr.Sonny and the old man ran it. Always a good experience, well not this time. Was the very 1st customer when I brought my vehicle for an alignment and the so say new owner was extremely rude to me and my wife within the 1st 5mins of being there, telling us in an aggressive manner he couldn't do the alignment that day. When I tried asking why then, when I called 2 days before, I was instructed to bring it in 8am Wed. morning, which I did, so wasn't like it was random. Horrible place to get your vehicle serviced now. Owner has a attitude problem and not customer service friendly. Prices are Outrageous even when you bring in your own parts and just paying for labor. When you try to charge 3 hours of labor for a 1 hour job plus interest because you bring in your own parts your crazy. And when you ignore your employee that is trying to talk business with you for the customer, you need to upgrade your people Skills. Refuse to go down to a reasonable price and tell the Employee ( not your self directly just a few steps away) the price is what it is take it or leave it you have lost your mind and a loyal customer for life.
