Let me just say this was a great experience from start to finish! Everyone was very nice very thorough and helpful in making the decision to buy My car. My salesman, Silas, even sent me A lengthy video of the car since I Lived an hour away. Silas was awesome in every way, very friendly and willing to make the experience the best! I scrutinized the used truck sites for weeks looking for a very specific truck and found it at Perkins. A non Dmf 5.3, refreshed 2022, Elevation with low miles. I was 5 hours away and stressed my time crunch. Long story short, after looking and driving truck to my satisfaction it wasn't 10 min. and I was driving away. Pulling home my little faithful crv with my beautiful truck. My salesman, Geraldo and sales manager Jason made this purchase enjoyable and very hassle free. Great guys. Thanks.

Walked into Perkins Motor Plex in Jackson, TN on a Tuesday during my lunchbreak and spoke with David Criswell. Explained that my car had been totaled a few weeks ago and went over the options I needed on a replacement vehicle. He took me to the lot and I drove a Toyota RAV4. I went back to work and he called with the final numbers and said I was approved. By 5pm the same day my vehicle was delivered to my house. They made the deal super easy. In the future, I will definitely check with them if I need a different vehicle.
I'm very pleased with my truck purchase through Perkins. They didn't have a truck on the property but showed me others available from another of their lots. I saw one I wanted. They had it driven down the next morning and it was just what I wanted. I purchased my truck and the salesmen I worked with were very pleasant and easy to work with. This is the 2nd truck my wife and I have purchased at Perkins and I highly recommend them for your needs! Keith
