John is amazing! I am so happy I did not take my car anywhere else. My car got severely damaged from a tree that fell right on top of it. The tree damaged the roof, hood, windshield, and the whole right side of the car with the mirror hanging. The inside of my car was also damaged. My car came back looking brand new. John and his crew did such an amazing job. They detailed the inside of my car as well. Everything was so clean and nice. He truly went above and beyond. John also helped me with my insurance. John Perro continues to deliver exceptional customer service. He is a straight shooter and explains car repairs in easy to understand terms. He has worked on two vehicles I have owned. The most recent I bought from him. Recently I had to have my car towed for repair and the AAA tow company tried to tour to one of their shops. I refused and made the tow truck take to Perro's. I went to Perro’s looking for an SUV. I took a test drive and had some minor concerns about the vehhicle. John had it up on the lift and addressed everything immediately. We drove away with our new vehiclle, registered and insured the same day.
