Had an absolutely great experience here-- especially thanks to the Manager, Tobin, who really helped me out as I paid out of my own pocket. Perry Collision Repair beat three local auto body repair shops in pricing, which was huge for me. They were super honest with how to bring my bill as low as possible while ensuring a quality fix. They did a great job fixing, fixed it several days faster than expected thanks to ordering parts ahead of time, had great communication, and were overall great to work with! As a college student paying out of my own pocket, I was more than pleased by this experience.

Tobin and Rob are a great asset to Perry Ford. They represent themselves and the auto body shop greatly with excellent customer service and ensure your vehicle is well serviced and up to date. Perry Collision was highly recommended by the Hyundai dealership for auto body work. Made an appointment a week in advance. The man I spoke to on the phone (I don’t recall his name) was short, but took my appointment down to bring my car in to look at some bumper work I needed to get done. I showed up to my appointment about 5 minutes early but was told “Rob left to Paso”… some other men had me wait while they tried to get ahold of Rob which took some time. Then I was told Rob left for the day and wouldn’t be returning and they tried to get my name and number to reschedule. Won’t be returning.

Tobin at Perry Collision completely exceeded my expectations on what a body shop represents. Excellent customer service, quality, even follow through! Knowing what quality service and value are is very important, Tobin and everyone at Perry Collision were very friendly and polite from the moment I walked through the doors. I was there for a short while but even with that being said I was taken care of in a timely manner and with any and all my questions answered without having to go through my insurance!
