I called him. He said he would be there in " 15-20 minutes" and he was there in that time. I have no complaints.

Unprofessional , never came to come tow our car . Didn’t answer any of our phone calls or messages to see if they were still coming . a simple “we won’t be able to come“would’ve been fine . But instead they had us waiting and waiting in this hot car .

Very unprofessional. He agreed to tow my car and said he would be here in 30 minutes, but he never showed up and ignored my calls

I recommend this place I called he told me he would be there in about 30 minutes he was there on time. Dropped my car off in a different town I was thinking it was going to be expensive but he gave me such a good price. I will definitely use them again! Thank you for being dependable!

I called at noon on a Monday to get a price on hauling 3 trucks 17 miles. I was told a price and was told they could get them today and that he would "call me back in a minute" to set up a time. I got everything ready including my kids taken care of and awaited a call. I called back every hour and they never answered, left messages and they didn't call me back. After 4pm I gave up. I have used Perry's on many occasions and have never experienced this type of service. I'll be going with a different company from now on. These are not the only vehicles I'll need moved from that location.
