I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership and they handled everything in a short amount of time. I was in and out within hours. Thanks to Mr Drakeford @Toyota who assisted me in my seamless transaction. This is the second business vehicle I have purchased from them in the last five years!

A week ago I traded my 2019 vehicle for a 2025 RAV4 at Peter Boulware Toyota. Dimitri Williams, product specialist, displayed a great deal of patience, respect and is very charismatic. I have never had a bad experience with this dealer/service department. I have owned my Venza 11 years and recently needed a small dent that had rusted repaired. The service department referred me to Gardner Paint and Body, which quickly fixed the dent and sent me on my way. Thanks, Boulware!!!!

I’m shocked this place doesn’t have more reviews. They have always had top notch customer service. Every single point of contact, every single employee is kind. And really early in the morning at that. Being on stage like that on a Saturday that early is not for the week. I think they all need to be recognized because everything here goes well & things seem consistent. I’m not sure of his name, but someone came into the lobby to greet everyone about their service ETA as the day before there was a snow delay and some people’s appointments got pushed back. He apologized for the potential delay even if it was no one’s fault and they were putting safety first. Thank you Peter boulware toyota! 🤍
