This place has always been great for service. I've had some complications with a brand new truck and after a couple attempts they got it figured out and made it right by me and my wife and our wallet... Rudy is a great branch manager that heard what I had going on and said we are gonna make it right and fix it! That they did! Thank you sir! I can't thank Josh (parts) enough for the service he has provided me through the many years of going there for parts and many explanations on my trucks I've had over the years. We consider josh a crucial part of our operations and a friend as his knowledge has always kept our wheels turning through the years. Thank you josh! Great customer service! Their service manager Rudy is focused on making sure estimates are accurate. Their shop Foreman Alex has clear and accurate information. They do a great job hands down!

Customer service is fantastic. Espically night shift always happy and knowledgeable. But the parking lot is like a lake with insane craters and causes me to scuff my fuel tanks.

Alex and Rudy were both horrible to deal with. Highly unprofessional! Can't believe they're allowed by Peterbilt to act this way without repercussions from upper management. Smh.
