I made an Appointment 5 days ago to clean my dpf system on my Peterbilt 579 and they are on point and amazing people to work with.. they want you on the road as soon they can help you. They have a nice driver lounge where you can even get a nice shower and use a towel they have for you there. Would I come back if I need arrive or repair in my Pete.. oh definitely will be back here They have a huge parts department with a lot on the shelf or have it overnight here Overall everyone here are respectful and try to help you out

I called the service department on Thursday, Jan 22 @ 10:53am , asking for an appointment for my truck for Saturday , Jan 24th. The lady booked the appointment for Saturday first thing at 7:30am. I called them today, Friday Jan 23rd just to confirm everything was on schedule, and she is like that there is no appointment under my company or vin# . Not professional at all, and that’s how they screw you.
