Peters Bump Clinic - Collision Center

I found the Bump Clinic through my insurance after hitting a deer. The work the did was perfect! My car looks nothing happened. They kept in contact with me regularly throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Hopefully I’ll never need to visit again, but I would definitely choose them for any future body work. They made this whole process so much easier for me. Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend them.

Dropped my car off for collision repair and was given an estimate of a week for repairs. The car was held for two weeks and the only updates/communication were initiated by me or by my insurance agent reaching out to me. When I came to pick the car up, it was completely covered in bird feces. I asked for a car wash and was reluctantly given a ticket for a free wash at a nearby location. If I didn’t speak up, they would have just returned the vehicle to me in the completely unacceptable state that it was in. I was told the other cars were covered as well. Needless to say, there is a significant absence of customer service and I advise you go elsewhere.

I came in November to fix bumper paint damage and replace a rim on my 2018 Acura TLX, Acura recommended me to go here. The day I picked my car up I noticed the steering wheel was off centered (noticeably slanted to the left side while driving straight) while driving home on the highway. I called them immediately getting home and was told to come back and they will fix it. After waiting and being told it was fixed I then left again and my car came to a sudden stall getting onto the highway with all of the sensor lights light up, could of been disastrous if there was a semi trunk or being tailgated. I got my car to drive again with all sensors still on and returned to the shop which they didn’t have a set explanation what was going on. After being there back and fourth for a few hours I was

Highly recommend. I had to bring my lease here because someone backed into my rear passenger door. The set up was seamless with LiMu. The Bump Clinic staff was super attentive and knowledgeable. They quoted two weeks time but it only took one which was AMAZING. And... they did a deep clean of my car, inside and out. So nice!! Yes, getting your car worked on is super annoying but Peters made sure it wasn't stressful. Thank you!!

I've had my truck repaired three different times at Peter's Bump Clinic. Each time the repairs were done to my satisfaction. The paint match was beautiful each time. The vehicle was delivered completely detailed (washed and polished). For a 17 year old truck, it looks brand new! They strive for perfection. The employees are professional and courteous no matter who I speak with. They truly want to make it right and make you happy. I would have given 5 stars, but the tonneau cover reinstall was a little less than perfect.
