Called to order parts. Guy was rude and didn’t sound like he like his job or want to sell you anything. Sad becuase their pay is based of a % of what they sell. Will never buy from here again. I’d rather make the drive and go to Tewksbury Honda parts. Or order online! Remember. You’re in business because of your customers! Learn to treat them right!
Everytime I've come here for parts, they're marked up 25-30% compared to other local Honda dealers. $75 for a set of rear brake pads, $42-50 at other Honda dealers near the area. Call for pricing first before wasting your gas!
I booked a state inspection online, drove in, and was in and out in 30 minutes.
Service Associate was on.top of my requests.
