Peterson autobody did an amazing job repairing a hit and run on my Lexus. they got the job done in a timely manner no questions asked my estimator Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful This is my new body shop.

Peterson Auto Body did and amazing job on my truck. I have been going to Kevin for years he ALWAYS goes above and beyond and makes things go smoothly during a stressful time of not having your vehicle. He has always taken really great care of my family, he always has a smile on his face and anyone I have ever dealt with there is super friendly! I will choose them again and again. Thank you!!!

Terrible customer service and policy. Needed a new door which had no issue with. But they did a cleaning in the interior of the car, which is great. However, they peeled off my garage sticker to my Apt. complex from my dash and did not put it back or called asking to remove it and it costs 75 bucks to replace. They refuse to compensate cause of policy and I paid over 5k for the door so pretty disappointing. Recommend using Caliber Collision.

Kevin is the absolute best! The shop fixed my Lexus and dealt with my less than stellar insurance for me. They detailed everything so it really was like getting a new car back. My vehicle hasn’t looked this good in a long time. They made a very stressful situation as easy as possible. I can’t thank them enough for treating me so well. Always always always make them your first call if you have car trouble.

Yikes. This was the worst costumer service I have experience. I had called ahead and spoken to Ben. When I arrived, Ben ignored me when I came in. After a few minutes I asked if I was in the right place. He clearly let me know I was I inconveniencing him. He begrudgingly looked at my car damage and gave an estimate. When I asked about scheduling the repairs he again seemed put out. I mentioned that he did not seem interested in my business. I left and went to a neighboring body shop where I was greeted by a delightful young man who took a look and quoted me 1/3 the cost Ben gave me. Needless to say, that shop has a new customer and Peterson’s needs to teach customer service to their employees. Shameful.
