My Tahoe wouldn’t start after a grocery trip, so I had it towed to another shop. They told me it needed a new fuel pump — but I just replaced the fuel pump not long ago, so I knew they were trying to take my money. I said no and decided to tow my Tahoe to Peterson Auto Solutions, and that was the best decision I could’ve made. Jeramy got straight to work and found the real problem right away — the fuel pump harness connector was corroded, not the pump itself. Then he pointed out something even more serious: my wheel bearing was cracked and about to snap, and it looked like the brake caliper was the only thing holding it together. I never leave reviews but I had to make sure other people knew how awesome Jeramy at Peterson Auto Solutions is. We are so grateful to have found Peterson Auto Solutions when we did. Our college student unexpectedly and urgently needed brake pads and rotors before making the drive up to NAU. We took it to Greulichs and they wanted more than double what Peterson Auto Solutions quoted us. It was also a huge plus that it was right by our house. The work was done extremely quickly but also with great care to make sure our kiddo was safe in Flagstaff. We will be taking all of our cars there now.
