Pete's Independent Honda Repair

We are so thankful for Pete’s. Our CRV broke down on the side of the road and after having it towed to the local Honda Dealership and getting $13,000 quote to replace the motor we got a second opinion at Pete’s. He was going to replace the motor at a much cheaper price but when he pulled the motor out he found that the motor itself was fine and rather there was a different issue that locked the motor up! We were able to replace the other parts for a couple thousand and not have to replace the motor! We are so thankful we had him take a look at the vehicle and his honesty when he found the motor was fine! We appreciate you at Pete’s and will be referring anyone and everyone to your business!! Thanks for being such an honest and knowledgeable business owner!!

I’ve been in the automotive industry for over 30 years. I recently needed work done on my 2010 Honda. To see the level of service and competence Chris and his staff has was incredible. In this day and age this is rare! Spokane is fortunate to have them. Don’t bother to go anywhere else. This is the best place to have your vehicle serviced or repaired. Honest, friendly and quick. Cutest gaurd dogs ever! They weigh about 5lbs a piece ; )

A dealership gave me a laundry list of things they said needed to be replaced (about $4k) & made it seem urgent. Took it to Pete's for a 2nd opinion, hoping for at least a more reasonable price if it did need repairs. It turns out there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car! These guys took the time to tell me why my car sounded different (to me) and explained things without making me feel stupid. I really appreciated how kind and reassuring they were. I'll be going to Pete's for my car's regular maintenance from now on.

Pete’s Honda repair recently fixed my major oil leak and a few other safety issues with my Honda civic. The whole experience was easy and stress free from scheduling, to discussing the work that needed done to payment to pickup. Ken was obviously extremely knowledgeable and a top tier mechanic! He was very professional when discussing observations and work done by mechanics from other shops and I felt very confident that I was getting the absolute best repair. The one day turnaround time was incredible and the communication, honesty, professionalism and kindness showed by everyone in the shop was unparalleled. This place is everything you could hope for in an auto repair shop and if I could give them more stars I would!
