I’ve purchased two cars from Mike at Petra Auto Sales, and both experiences have been exceptional. My first vehicle was a 2016 Ford Fusion S, which I bought in June 2025. Mike made the process incredibly smooth; I found the car on their website and visited with my mother. We both loved it immediately—everything was in perfect condition, with recent inspections, new tires, and brakes, aside from a few minor scuffs. They kindly held the car for us while we finalized the purchase, and Mike even offered a $500 discount, bringing it well under $8,000 including fees. When I realized my temporary registration had expired before the new one arrived, Mike personally mailed it to me to ensure I received it promptly. If you’re thinking of buying from this place, stop and walk away. I had a terrible experience—honestly, the worst car-buying experience of my life. I purchased a vehicle that came with a one-month written warranty on the engine and transmission. Just a few days later, I discovered transmission vibration, an engine fluid leak, and four lug nuts missing from the wheels, which is a serious safety hazard. When I returned to have the car repaired under warranty, the owner became hostile and claimed the car had no issues without even inspecting or looking at it. He initially said no warranty was provided, despite it being clearly written in the contract. Staff was very nice to me, have been doing check ins and making sure the car is good. Very patient and understanding. Both the mechanic and the owner (sorry can't think of their names right now 😭) were amazing! I love the car itself as it runs smoothly. He told me about the damage it got before and what they replaced on the car. Only thing wrong is the radio isn't working but they have been working with me to get it fixed or replaced. the trade in for my previous car was hassle (and more importantly stress) free. I'll be coming back if I need another car or know someone who needs another car. And the financing is well within my budget so all in all I'm happy with everything ❤️
