Straight forward and honest. I have been coming here for 10+ years, and have recommended to friends & family. He has never tried to upsell me and has always finished work when promised. There is one mechanic that does everything! He is very hard working, so patience and respect for his time go a long way. I have always had a realistic expectation of customer service with any mechanic, but especially a one man operation. I highly recommend.

The mechanic here has a poor attitude and demonstrated a general lack of customer service over multiple visits. He shouldn't take his customer base for granted by treating them so poorly, even cursing at customers because they arrived during lunch. I'm going to start taking my auto repair needs elsewhere where my business is actually valued.

Really nice guys. They did a quick, Mickey Mouse job on the panel of my car. My friend kicked in one of the knobs and broke the clip that fastens it. The part would have cost me almost $500.00, which I couldn't afford so he put a little adhesive on it and bam....looks good as new. Thanks P&H Auto Center!

Been coming here for regular maintenance for couple years, the owner is honest, their work is decent, they are busy on Saturday, if you want to come on Saturday your best option is show up early.
