Pheasant Run At Barnegat

My mom lived here and loved it. It is not a large adult living community, with smaller homes, which was great. They had a pool and a community center with many activities. Nice and quiet! Pets allowed, which is wonderful. Everyone was so friendly. The price was very reasonable, even the HOA. Sadly, after she took ill, I had to bring her up by me in Northern Jersey. Highly recommend looking into this nice community which is close to everything, including the beaches.

There is unruly members in the pool area kicking out guest if they look to young claiming they need to be with the resident at the same time which is not a rule in the handbook. My grandson was kicked out because I couldn’t make it to the pool? We will go to the beach for now on since they wanna lie about the rules!

Great little community Pool was fun & relaxing

Very dated 1980's adult style retirement homes. Landscaping is awful, old, and dead looking. Many areas have virtually no lawn left, just dirt. Pool and clubhouse looks well maintained, but small not much to do there, amenity wise.

It is barely finished. Only Planet Fitness and a couple of other small stores along with apartments that have not been filled yet
