Prior to Goodyear (Pat), my vehicles were serviced by the same mechanic for 15 years. Due to moving, I needed to find somebody trustworthy, did good work and somebody that I could simply rely on. I’ve been bringing my cars to Goodyear for the past 6yrs. They have gone above and beyond, just to show me that I CAN count on them. My appreciation for the way they (Pat) chose to assist me When he was under no obligation to do so. I not only trust them, I respect them!

Bill at Goodyear/ Quality Tire & Auto Repair Shop was an absolute lifesaver. My family and I were stranded six hours from home on a holiday weekend due to an alternator failure, and when every other place turned us away, Bill and Bradley stepped up. They took a terrible situation and made it so much less stressful. These guys truly care about people, not just cars. I really hope corporate reads this, because this level of service is rare. Bill and Bradley went above and beyond to get us safely back on the road, and I was beyond impressed with their professionalism, kindness, and urgency. Best service center I’ve ever been to. Incredibly kind staff and incredibly fair prices. Customer service here is next level. Did a job for me on my car for half the price of the place a few stores down from it. Wasn’t a small job, either. 10/10.

These guys are GREAT!. They saved me in an absolute pinch. Unexpectedly I needed 4 new tires for 20" wheels on an Audi Q5, no one else could get them until Monday morning & they made it happen. They ordered @ 10am & had them by 2pm that same day, on a Saturday! I 100% needed them as we were going on an 800 mile road trip the next day, Sunday.
